Safety and securityis an all important element in Judaism. Great Park is committed ensuring the safety of our members and guests on Shabbat, Yom Tov as well as throughout the year. To improve our ability to adequately protect the community we have recently employed a Kaba”t (Trained security officer) to advise and assist with our security plans.

A new secure parameter wall has been built around the entire shul campus to better secure the shul facilities.   

Another important facet of the shul’s comprehensive security plan is the community security roster. This allows for members to participate in securing the shul during busy times by volunteering as shul marshals. This ensures that we are all safe and protected at all times. To be added to the security roster, contact Nicci or Jarred - 078 060 6115. 

The community is grateful to our shul marshals for their commitment to our safety. Please try and make every effort to assist at least once a month for shifts. We require everybody’s assistance! Please support us in our endeavor!
